Having some anxiety is a natural part of life, but when it starts to take over our lives we can feel really scared and out of control. Whether you find you are anxious about something specific, or you find your anxiety seeping into all areas of your life - counselling can help.

Sometimes the cause of anxiety is easy to spot, and sometimes it feels like anxiety is free floating and attaches itself to all areas of your life. Whatever the underlying cause is, I understand that anxiety is a real struggle and presents itself in many forms.

We will help you to build coping skills and relaxation strategies so you can re-establish a sense of calm.
