Meet our Clinical Counsellors

Chelsie Pilon

Registered Clinical Counsellor

My name is Chelsie – I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (MCP) from Yorkville University, and a BA in Communications from Royal Roads University in Victoria.

When meeting with clients my top priority is to make sure they feel safe and supported. I have a warm and genuine approach to counselling, and I will meet you right where you are. I will help you face your challenges, make sense of your thought processes, and explore your emotions on a deeper level.

Through this discovery process, I will work with you to identify the patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck, and guide you towards healing. You are the expert in your own life, and I truly believe that we all know more about what’s holding us back than we think we do. I will help you access this inner wisdom.

In therapy with me clients can achieve:

  • A calmer and more present state of being

  • Increased self-confidence

  • A greater ability to trust themselves

  • A stronger sense of identity

  • More connection and satisfaction in their relationships

  • Greater emotional awareness

  • An ability to identify and change negative personal and interpersonal patterns

If you have any questions, or would like to work with me, please feel free to book a free consultation or contact me directly. I look forward to connecting with you.
